He is capable of managing high level planning, budgetary control, quality control, contract management, arbitration & dispute management, resource mobilization, value engineering, subcontractor management, scheduling. Marcello holds a degree in M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy
